7:45-8:00AM (Bus pick up at Decarie square) for those who need the service.

8:15-8:30  arrival at arena

8:30-9:00 dress

9:00-10:30 on ice (25 minute scrimmage and 60 minute POWER SKATING session)

10:45-11:15 snack/video

11:30-13:00 on ice (all puck skills and individual tactics)

13:15-14:00 LUNCH

14:15 on bus for off-ice activity

14:30-16:00 soccer/ball hockey / swimming /bowling

16:15-16:30 parents pick up at arena.

Tuesday + Thursday

8:45-10:00 on ice  (60 minute POWER SKATING session + 10 minute scrimmage)

10:15-10:45 snack/video

10:45 on bus for off-ice activity

13:15 return to arena

14:00-16:00 on ice (all puck skills + individual tactics and 20 minute scrimmage)

16:15-16:30 parents pick up at arena.

FUN FRIDAY

7:45-8:00AM (Bus pick up at Decarie square) for those who need the service.

8:15-8:30  arrival at arena

8:30-9:00 dress

9:00-10:30 on ice (all puck skills, mini games, relay races, review of skills learned)

10:45-11:00 on bus for MOVIE at Dollar Cinema (Decarie Square)

11:15-11:45 Picnic in the Park (in case of rain, we eat inside)

12:00-13:30 MOVIE

13:45 return to arena

14:30-16:00 FULL ICE GAME, PARENTS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.

Please confirm your child’s game time with his/her head coach on Thursday’s sign out.

Please bring your winter coat if you plan on watching the game rinkside in the bleachers.
